Members are hereby informed that Company has on 21st October, 2013 completed the dispatch of a Notice under Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956, read with the Companies (Passing of Postal Ballot) Rules, 2011, along with the Postal Ballot Form and a self-addressed reply envelope (for which postage will be paid by the Company) in relation to a Special Resolution to be passed for Buy Back of equity shares of the Company as detailed in the Notice.
The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Mohit Khemka, a Practicing Chartered Accountant, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process. Duly completed and signed Postal Ballot Form should reach the Scrutinizer not later than the close of business hours (5:00 PM) on 20th November, 2013. Postal Ballot Forms received after the said date will be treated strictly as if the reply from the member has not been received. A Member may request the Company / Registrar for a duplicate Postal Ballot Form, if required.
